Women of Paris Essential Tour
Description
Join your guide Heidi, founder of Women of Paris, for this experience where you'll be taken on a 2 hour walk into the most iconic neighborhood of Paris: the Latin Quarter, followed by drinks and a screening of "La Passagère" with English subtitles.
This Paris walking tour reveals the lesser-told side of the city’s history; one dominated not by great men but by inspirational women, who persevered within a bastion of patriarchy to make their mark on Paris, and the world.
Starting at the Panthéon in Paris’ Latin Quarter and ending at the Pont de l’Archevêché, this walk guides you through the charming streets of the famous Left Bank, passing landmarks such as the Panthéon, the Jardins de Luxembourg, and the wonderfully chic Saint-Germain-des-Prés district – unravelling stories of incredible women at every turn. The empowering, signature Women of Paris tour is led by our witty, entertaining, and informative guides who can’t wait to introduce you to influential women of Paris’ past.
Please not that the tickets for the movie ARE NOT INCLUDED in the tickets for the tour, and must be purchased separately.
Looking forward to meeting you there!
Women of Paris The first Paris walking tour devoted entirely to women's history and influence.
Lost in Frenchlation's mission is simple – we want to bring world-renown French cinema to the international community in Paris by showing French films with English subtitles, and we want to be a hub for the international community to get to know each other as well as native Parisians.
