Workshop "Become a walking coach, naturally - Open up your practice"
7 juillet 2025 de 14:00 à 18:00
PerspeKtives
Description
Does connecting with nature appeal to you?
Would you like to offer your customers an experience that is as powerful as it is unusual, in keeping with your values and professionalism?
Who is it for?
You're a practising coach and would like to embark on the adventure of coaching while walking, but don't know how to take the plunge. Perhaps you're afraid of being clumsy or missing out on essential instructions for your clients?
To experience what?
I'd like to offer you an initial 4-hour online workshop to try out the approach in a small group of 2 to 6 participants maximum, from your home with a nearby outdoor area or in another outdoor location of your choice, as long as you can connect to the workshop online and to your partner by phone, and wander around in complete safety.
Come and LIVE the experience of coaching outdoors in your own style and discover what is so special about this method of coaching, even at a distance, and in this case for you, with the day's weather being what it is, a reflection of the management of unforeseen events to which this practice exhorts us and our clients.
We'll discuss your potential obstacles and everything you need to plan in advance, and we'll see how this practice can be particularly powerful for your customers.
You, in turn, will benefit from telephone coaching by one of your colleagues (or, if there is an odd number of you, by two of you coaching together or observing the practice in detail).
What's in it for you?
After a rejuvenating half-day in contact with nature, enriched by tailor-made discussions between peers, you'll leave with the desire and confidence to dare to take the plunge, as well as everything you need to know to get started with peace of mind.
Not only will you be able to accompany your clients outside, but you'll also be able to offer them remote outdoor sessions by telephone, having tried it out for yourself. This will open up your practice in two ways, and open up some great opportunities!
With whom?
A specialist in and pioneer of systemic walking coaching since 2012, I've also been involved in the professionalisation of coaches (quite a journey!) for many years, as an ICF mentor coach, supervisor and former coordinator of the ICF France Credentialing Committee, which gives me a good perspective on the posture issues linked to our profession.
I was recently the speaker at the ICF Synergie webinar "Le coaching dans la nature, ça marche!".
Since January 2023, I've been sharing my practice outdoors through these workshops, including in iconic locations, to more than 100 professionals.
In total I have already inspired more than 2000 people !
In total I have already inspired more than 2000 people !
Originally from the high mountains of Italy, living in the countryside, a keen traveller and polyglot, I've always had in my heart the joy of the journey, the encounters it brings and the discovery of the treasures it holds. So hiking, trail running and wild gathering are among the activities I indulge in regularly.
The path is also the one on which you tattoo, in search of the right touch, like an artist or... a support professional!
