Sound Bath

We drop into a Sound Bath. The resonant frequencies of crystal bows, tibetan bowls and other instruments will produce a harmonious sounds of healing vibrations and psalms.
A magical, candle-lit atmosphere that will ‘bathe’ participants in sound waves, relaxing the vagus nerve and ending this week with inner peace.
