Yoga & Picnic | by Maison Femme

Dear Ladies,

End the week with Maison Femme through a Sunday afternoon dedicated to movement, relaxation and good company, starting with yoga and ending around a homemade picnic in the beautiful garden of House of OM.

ON THE PROGRAM:

1. ‍ 1-HOUR YOGA SESSION: A holistic yoga practice led by a certified House of OM instructor, combining body, mind and soul through postures, breathwork and meditation. The session is open to all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or already practise regularly.
2. SWEET & SAVOURY PICNIC: After yoga, we’ll settle into the beautiful garden of House of OM for a homemade sweet & savoury picnic*, with fresh fruits, salads, toasts, cheese, charcuterie and more, accompanied by coffee or tea and a glass of Bernard-Massard Crémant Cuvée de l’Écusson. Vegetarian and mostly lactose-free options will be available.
   *The picnic will take place outdoors under a covered area. Menu may vary slightly.

ABOUT THE CLASS:

• The class starts at 13:30 sharp - please arrive at least 5-10 minutes earlier. There's a big parking lot conveniently located right next to House of OM.
• All equipment is provided for the session (mats, etc.)
• Changing rooms available - no showers.

• Who can join? Women 25+ who enjoy wellness experiences and connecting with like-minded women.
• Organized by Maison Femme Luxembourg - a social club for women who value connection, elegance, and meaningful experiences.
• Registrations close on Friday, October 2nd. Refunds  of 65€ (excluding ticketing fees) will be available until September 30th; after this deadline, no refunds will be possible.
