2026 UEIL Annual Congress, Amsterdam, 30 September - 2 October

The 2026 UEIL Annual Congress will look towards the future and explore the theme "Formulating the future: Driving innovation for global competitiveness."

Join us at the NH Barbizon Palace in the centre of Amsterdam, as we bring together industry leaders and experts to discuss the future of our industry in a period of increasing global competition. Sessions will focus on a wide-range of topics including international trade, innovation, sustainability and European policy.

The event promises a platform for networking, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration in a business-focused environment.

President's reception, 29 September 2026

The evening before the Annual Congress, experience Amsterdam from its iconic canals at the President’s reception with UEIL’s President Mattia Adani. The luxury canal tour and aperitif will be followed by dinner at the Koninklijke Industrieele Groote Club in the famous Dam square.

Time: 5:15pm

Dress code: “Tenue de Ville”

Gala dinner, 1 October 2026 

The Gala dinner is the social highlight of the Congress and a fantastic opportunity to network with other delegates and enjoy fine local cuisine and entertainment. 

Lining Amsterdam’s Western canal and painted by Vincent van Gogh, the Koepelkerk will provide a unique and historic setting for our 2026 Gala dinner.

Gala dinner tickets are included in the price of a Congress ticket and can also be purchased separately for additional guests.
