You are invited to take part in a chess tournament inspired by the CHESS.COM competition at the Esports World Cup, held in the stunning setting of Paris Plages.

Designed for chess enthusiasts, this tournament is aimed at players wishing to test their skills against other competitors in a dynamic format, where strategy, mastery of the game and competitive spirit will take centre stage.

Each day will bring together 32 participants who will compete in rapid chess matches until the winner of that day’s tournament is crowned.

• 8 chess tables
• Individual tournament
• Rapid chess games
• Format tailored to a one-off event

Terms and Conditions of Registration

• The tournament is free and open to all chess players.
• Registration is compulsory to take part in the competition.
• Places are limited to 32 participants per tournament day.
• Registration is open until the date specified in the registration form.
• Participants will be selected by a random draw.
• Selected players will receive a registration confirmation by email containing all the practical information relating to the tournament.
• A reserve list may be drawn up to fill any vacancies arising from withdrawals.

Terms and Conditions of Participation

Participants must:

• Be present at the venue before the start of the tournament to confirm their participation.
• Adhere to the timetable provided in their confirmation email.
• Follow the rules of the game and behave in a sportsmanlike manner towards other participants.

In the event of an unannounced absence, the place may be reallocated to another player on the waiting list.
