The Future of People-Centred Leadership — Being Written in Cabo Verde

Placing people at the heart of decisions and strategies. Promoting balance between business performance and human well-being by valuing empathy, open communication, collaboration, and respect for individuality. This approach fosters the creation of an inclusive and sustainable work environment focused on collective growth.

Human-centred leaders stand out not only for achieving organisational goals but also for developing their teams in an integrated and strategic way. This development process considers emotional, social, and professional needs, contributing to a healthier, more productive, and resilient organisational culture.

The Human Leaders International Congress Cabo Verde 2026, a biennial event organised by DILUB Corporate Services, aims to achieve strategic outcomes that drive economic, social, cultural, and environmental impact — reinforcing Cabo Verde’s role as a global hub for leadership, innovation, and sustainable development.

General Objective

To establish a biennial global platform for the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and strategies that promote humanistic, inclusive, and sustainable leadership — capable of responding to the challenges and opportunities of a constantly evolving world.
The congress seeks to position Cabo Verde as a strategic centre for global dialogue, innovation, and cooperation, strengthening leadership’s role in promoting a more balanced and interconnected future.

It also aims to recognise organisations and leaders committed to corporate sustainability and human-centred leadership.

Specific Objectives

  • Inspire leaders to integrate human values of inclusion and social impact into management practices;

  • Provide a platform for networking and collaboration among global leaders;

  • Explore how humanistic and inclusive leadership can serve as a competitive and sustainable advantage.
