🆕 Competitive Evenings
For the summer season only:
- The 2 competitive sections (intermediate and advanced) are merged into a single group of 6 teams.
There will be no evaluation BUT you must have participated in at least one rec season before you can register.
⚠️ There will be no session on Wednesday, July 16, as UQAM has booked the gym.
Drop in Evenings
It is also possible to register à la carte for the following evenings:
| Extra Sunday | 5pm - 7pm at ASCCS | On sale Monday (D-6) at 12 noon |
| Thursday - Substitute | 8pm - 10pm at ASCCS | On sale the same day at 12 noon |
