On April 8, 2026, at the Miguasha National Park, Tourism Day is being reimagined as a one-day congress, bringing together decision-makers, managers, and key players shaping tourism in the Baie-des-Chaleurs from across all communities. 

With networking opportunities, the sharing of practical tools, and the generation of new ideas, the event brings participants together around a shared vision: our destination.

• Conference: Cultivating team engagement by Jean-François Bertholet, professor at the Department of Human Resources, HEC Montréal, host of the Travailler mieux podcast on Radio-Canada, and columnist at La Presse. Presented by the SADC de la Baie-des-Chaleurs.
  
  
• Panel : Fostering intercultural collaborations in tourism featuring representatives from our three major linguistic communities
  
  
• Focused networking activity designed to create unexpected connections
  
  
• Workshop: Boldness in Content Marketing by influencer Joanie Gaspésie
  
  
• Optional networking event 4-6 PM

Important information for English speakers

 
Some tickets are reserved for English-speaking communities until Sunday, March 15 at 11:59 PM. 

In an effort to promote balanced representation among the different communities of the Baie-des-Chaleurs, a limited number of tickets are reserved for members of the English-speaking and Mi’gmaq communities during the first week of registration.

As of March 16, any unclaimed tickets will be made available to the broader tourism community.

Translation services will be provided during presentations for unilingual participants.
