Bring bokken an jo for aikido weapon training. The organizer can lend some to a limited number of practitioners.

Louveciennes is located close to Paris, between Versailles and Saint-Germain-en-Laye, by train a direct line from Paris reaches it in 30 minutes:

Line L from Paris Saint-lazard/La Défense (20 min)/Saint-Cloud (10 min) - Direction Saint-Nom-la-Bretèche - Stop at Louveciennes. Gym 3 minutes walk from the station.

About Patricia Guerri sensei:

Patricia GUERRI started AIKIDO in 1978 and received the NI-DAN in 1984 from Master André NOCQUET.

In 1985 she decided to go to Japan and studied aikido for 3 years as an uchi-deshi (indwelling student) with Morihiro SAITO sensei in the Iwama dojo. She will follow his teaching for 12 years.

In recognition of her work and mastery, Morihiro SAITO sensei awarded her the rank of 5th dan as well as the 5 mokuroku (specific diplomas for weapon teachings) in 1991, authorizing her to teach the weapons of aikido, of which Morihiro SAITO sensei is the most renowned representative.

Her japanese diplomas were recognized in France by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, allowing her to receive the french State degree as an aikido teacher. She in turn teaches with passion everything she received from Morihiro SAITO sensei and in particular the weapons of aikido as the founder Morihei UESHIBA taught it in Iwama.

In 2001 she received the informal 6th dan for having had an exceptional journey as an uchi-deshi with Morihiro SAITO sensei at IWAMA.

She received the 6th dan in 2003 from TAKEMUSU AIKI Intercontinental directed by Philippe VOARINO sensei and Pierre CHASANG sensei for participation in its development.

Patricia GUERRI was a pioneer in the teaching of aikido weapons and the style specific to Morihiro SAITO sensei in France and Europe.

She has led numerous international seminars, notably in France, germany, Marocco and Italy, and has trained many yudansha.

According to the recommendations of Morihiro SAITO sensei, she created her own group: Aikibukikai, independant from the federations.

The mastery of techniques demonstrated by Patricia GUERRI is a living example of the accuracy of the body postures of Morihiro SAITO sensei.

Retired today in Corsica, teaching only to a few of her students, she had not given a public seminar for 7 years, this seminar open to all is an exceptional opportunity to enjoy the teachings of a generation of great masters that is becoming increasingly rare.
