Soirées à la carte - Été 2025

On the 1st Sunday of every month, Extra Night is a special evening with one pitch for the Just Us Girls! and the other pitch for the Just Us Boys!

Extra Evenings are the perfect time to come and discover dodgeball in a safe, recreational environment.

We take the time to explain the rules. You are then paired up with a team and play several action-packed games! You must bring sportswear, running shoes and your water bottle.

* If you are not a member of the current season and you use this code, you will have to pay $10 cash at the beginning of the evening in order to be able to take part in the evening.

Please read the risk acceptance and the refund policy below before accepting the form.

A refund or postponement of a session is possible under the following conditions:

• A paying participant in Extra evenings cannot be refund for non-participation unless he or she presents medical evidence issued after the date of registration for the session.
• A paying participant in Extra evenings may ask to postpone his or her participation in another Extra session of the same season if the request is made within a reasonable time, i.e. no later than the day of the session. If this is one of the last 2 Extra sessions of the season, the participant may ask to postpone his or her session to one of the first 4 Extra sessions of the following season. Only one postponement will be authorized. In the event of a 2nd consecutive cancellation, the postponement request will be refused (except in cases of force majeure).

It is your responsibility to read this section before agreeing to register.

The undersigned is a person who is aware that he/she alone is responsible for his/her involvement in one of our game nights and therefore agrees to assume all consequences as described below.

In addition, this person knows or should know his/her medical condition and follow the recommendations of his/her doctor prior to enrolling in one of our game nights and at all appropriate times thereafter. For example, it is not recommended that people with heart problems participate in the activities of DODGEBALL LGBTA MONTREAL- Les Ratons-chasseurs. If they do so, they will have to assume all the consequences.

As a participant in one of our game nights, I understand that I am taking part in a group sport with contact and the potential for injury. I acknowledge that I must take full responsibility for myself, prevent injury (to myself and others) and participate within my limitations (including health) that only I know.  I can be injured or be injured by another participant, even seriously, and I accept this risk with full knowledge of the facts.

Therefore, I hereby release DODGEBALL LGBTA MONTREAL- Les Ratons-chasseurs as well as its directors, officers, shareholders, partners, associates, employees, agents, representatives, subcontractors, consultants, co-contractors, referees, volunteers and/or affiliates, insurers, from any liability (direct or indirect) in case of incident and/or accident and/or physical injury and/or psychological injury (whether by omission, by the negligence, by the nonchalance, by the lack of adequate care, by the carelessness, by the inattention of these and/or of the other participants of the various game nights or of DODGEBALL LGBTA MONTREAL- Les Ratons-chasseurs or of the material or infrastructures used, of the consequences which can occur within the framework of the sports activities of DODGEBALL LGBTA MONTREAL- Les Ratons-chasseurs in which I take part.

Thus, by my acceptance by checking "Yes" below, I hereby agree not to take any legal action or make any claim against MONTREAL LGBTA DODGEBALL - Les Ratons-chasseurs as well as its directors, officers, shareholders, partners, associates, employees, agents, representatives, subcontractors, contractors, or any other person or entity, its representatives, its subcontractors, its consultants, its co-contractors, its referees, its volunteers and/or its affiliates, its insurers and I agree to indemnify them at all times, fully and completely for all damages (direct or indirect) resulting from my participation in the activities of MONTREAL LGBTA DODGEBALL- Les Ratons-chasseurs.

In the event of an accident, I agree that DODGEBALL LGBTA MONTREAL- Les Ratons-chasseurs or its representatives may intervene and contact the ambulance service, if necessary.

I further acknowledge that under no circumstances is DODGEBALL LGBTA MONTREAL- Les Ratons-chasseurs responsible for loss, theft or damage to my personal property while participating in the activities.

The applicable laws and regulations of the Province of Quebec and Canada shall apply to this document.

The courts of the judicial district of the city of Montreal, Canada, will have jurisdiction to hear all disputes arising from this document.

My acceptance by checking "Yes" below confirms that I understand and agree to all the terms of the waiver.
